REFUND POLICY: Refunds may be requested online, in the app (account holders only), or at the box office up to 30 minutes before showtime and must be issued to the original payment method. Requests after this time will not be honored; movie passes may be issued instead. NO REFUNDS ON $5 TUESDAY TICKETS. Refunds are not available for tickets purchased more than 31 days prior to the date of the request. Refunds may take 2–7 business days to process, and online transaction fees are non-refundable. The theater reserves the right to refuse refunds.
